Big news today from London as it was announced earlier today that Arsenal star and actual English player in the EPL Theo Walcott will miss up to six months of the Premier League season and the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Walcott went off late in Arsenal’s FA Cup tie against Spurs with a leg injury that will prove to be costly to both Arsenal and England.
Arsene Wenger will now be forced to find a midfielder to keep the side in title contention.
Walcott has long been a fixture with the English national team and provides a major spark in the midfield. He can score goals and create chances from the center of the park and the wings.
With a tough group in Brazil for England and plenty of EPL competition for Arsenal, the loss of one of England’s big stars will be tough for club and country this year.
